ADHD- 1 in 10… so who needs to change? The kids or the schools?

I found this article in “Massage Today” really interesting, they say that 1 in 10 children aged 4-17 get diagnosed with ADHD. To me that is scary and it makes me wonder if ADHD is really that common then how are schools changing to meet this need. Obviously, here at RCC we recommend meditation, stretching and breath work  this article gives statatistics on how massage can also be beneficial.
