Meditation for Anxiety and Depression

We have all heard that “meditation  good for us,” but did you know that there is plenty of research out there backing this statement up? Research into the benefits of regular meditation has been around since the 70’s and is becoming popular again due to the stress “epidemic” our children seem to be suffering from.

 This article by Hiyaguha Cohen outlines some of the research into using meditation to treat anxiety and depression. I found it interesting- I hope you do too!
